According to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, commonly known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform you that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is TEGEA sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Katowice (40-158), ul. Jesionowa 22/8.2. You can contact us by mail or by email at biuro@tegea.com.pl.

  2. The administrator processes the personal data of the Contractor, persons authorized to represent the Contractor, and employees of the Contractor for the purpose of cooperation, especially for placing and settling orders. The legal basis for processing personal data is the legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) – contact regarding the implementation of cooperation, and – in the case of consent to receive commercial information by electronic means – the consent of the person whose data it concerns (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to enable cooperation between the parties.

  3. Personal data will be processed for the duration of the cooperation and, after its termination, for the period resulting from applicable legal regulations and the TEGEA Sp. z o.o. Personal Data Processing Security Policy.

  4. Recipients of personal data will be entities providing and supporting the information systems used by the Administrator and entities providing services related to the current activities of the Administrator, based on relevant data processing agreements and ensuring that the above-mentioned entities apply adequate technical and organizational measures to protect data.

  5. We do not process your data in an automated manner, including profiling. We do not transfer your data to third countries or international organizations.

  6. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, and object to the processing of data. In the case of data processed based on the consent of the person whose data it concerns, there is also the right to data portability.

  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) if you believe that we process personal data in violation of legal regulations.

  8. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending an email to biuro@tegea.com.pl or by traditional mail to TEGEA Sp. z o.o., Katowice (40-158) ul. Jesionowa 22/8.2. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out based on the consent before its withdrawal.
